A cosy industrial-inspired cottage on the edge of the Lake District National Park, nestled in the picturesque Eden Valley. Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. With lovely views over to Blencathra, this 1 bedroom apartment is conveniently situated on the very edge of the National Park. 10 minutes drive to Lake Ullswater (great for open water swimming and SUP boarding), 7 miles to the M6 motorway and equidistant between Penrith and Keswick. Surrounded by fields and the view of the fells, this is a place to slow down, but also to have adventure!

The local pub is a 10 minute walk and serves excellent food with other good food pubs just down the road. Guests are welcome to share use of our BBQ corner with fabulous view of the mountains.
