Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Guest in "The Schlössl", Parking, near Subway

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Altbauwohnung im Herzen der Stadt Melk, die alles bietet. Direkt unter dem Stift Melk gelegen, mitten in der Fußgängerzone und trotzdem Nahe des Bahnhofs. Traumhafte Wohnung mit 150m², ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Ruhe und Entspannung garantiert. Zum Donauradweg sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, eigener Parkplatz sehr Nahe gelegen, Abstellmöglichkeiten von Fahrrädern vorhanden.

Eintauchen in die Natur, Kraft tanken und Ruhe genießen. Ihre Wohnung ist über eine Aussentreppe erreichbar und befindet sich in einer ruhiger Lage, ohne Trubel und Lärm. Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderwege und Ausflugsziele, direkt am Weg zum Lugauer. Für ihre Kinder ist genug Platz um zu Spielen , Tiere streicheln und beobachten. Zum Entspannen haben sie am Waldesrand Sitzgelegenheiten und Platz zum Grillen.
