Rocky River - Riverside and Private

This house is right on the Chattahoochee River with 3 bedrooms /3 baths. Modern kitchen, dining table that seats 6 comfortably. A 60 inch TV and 50, 36 ft. of feet of glass doors facing the river, a deck overlooking the river and cookout area. Game room with TV, a kitchenette, and a grill outside. Fire pit with 6 seats by the river. There is a bridge/ deck combination. The bridge spans a stream and cantilevers over the river for fishing/watching. Bass, brim, catfish, and strippers.

Our custom-built cottage sits at the foot of Yonah Mountain and DIRECTLY ACROSS from Serenity Cellars Winery. Pack a cooler of your favorite snacks and walk down to the winery for live music and great wine. Or grab a bottle of wine and enjoy the live music on the front porch! We always leave a bottle of local wine for our guests to get your vacation off to a great start! We are located just a few miles from Helen, numerous wineries, great food, hiking trails and more!
