Welcome to George's! Located in the "Village" area of Amelia County! Our apartment within the home is CLEAN, inviting, and in a friendly area with a hometown feel! Our business tenant's office is also within the home and is usually there during weekdays. There are deadbolts on all doors between guests and our business tenant so no one will be sharing space with you. (Sorry, we aren't set up for guests under 8 yrs old). Owner, Terry Barnard discloses she is a real estate licensee in Virginia.

Restaurants and tons of shopping within 5 min of the house, and 2.5 miles from highway access. A friend rents the upstairs of the home, which is completely separate- no shared space.

Charming cottage located on the property of the first house built in the heart of historic Bon Air, Va. This inviting guesthouse has everything you need for a relaxing stay, with a full kitchen and bathroom and a loft bedroom area. A large covered porch with swing, a fire pit and access to a gas grill. You'll also love just enjoying the deck and the beauty of the Virginia countryside.

Chateau Midlothian Retreat Suite

The perfect guest suite waiting to great you to relax in this cozy retreat. Full renovation completed in 2023, including all new furnishings. As an Airbnb traveler, I focused on a clean, comfortable space that guests enjoy and recommend to others. The Chateau Midlothian Suite Retreat is limited to two adult guests with reservations. No other outside guests are permitted. All guests must have their identity verified through Airbnb with at least two reviews to make reservations.
