It’s a quick drive to WSU games or UI and one of our favorite spots to go as a family, the Arboretum! After a fun-filled day craft meals in our fully stocked kitchen or grill together outdoors on the patio and relax by the fire pit.

Centrally located, just steps from Main St. The unique 2 bedroom lower level apartment gives a nod to the pheasants you can see all over the Palouse but with a British, collegiate feel. A private parking lot makes the downtown and University all easily accessible. Visit Moscow's award-winning Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings or the downtown restaurants! Bring the whole family to this cozy cottage on Paradise Creek! Comfortably sleeps 7 in three bedrooms: King master bedroom, Queen room, and bunk room with Queen on the bottom and Full-XL on top. Enjoy a stocked kitchen with French press & Keurig, smart TV with fast Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and A/C. Outside, the private yard offers a treehouse, play gear, patio BBQ, and year-round gas fire pit. Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. We have pictures of this house dating back to approximately 1917 it was the farmhouse of 160 acre homestead just on the edge of Moscow Idaho. Our 8 acres are bordered by the University of Idaho Arboretum , have a good view, nice sunsets . We have one horse and one mule and five chickens. The South Fork of the Palouse river runs through our property. But you can jump across it. The City bicycle park is across the street. Dog is ok.

Enjoy a large back deck and yard, ample parking in the front and back, and three bedrooms for family trips. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, large single basin sink, and a brand new dishwasher. Keypad entry for convenient access! Please note that there is an additional unit in the building (completely separated from your unit), above the garage.

Laundry is shared with the main house. Enjoy your peaceful oasis just a few blocks from the Grand Avenue Greenway, with easy access to downtown, restaurants, and the WSU campus just over a mile away! Our private MountainVista guesthouse is your ideal starting point whether you are attending a university event or exploring the Palouse country. Located 17 miles from Moscow, our comfortable guesthouse provides you with peace and quiet along with a scenic view of Moscow Mountain. MountainVista offers a well equipped dedicated workspace. Air condition units are in bedrooms only. Our driveway is somewhat steep and gravel, not ideal for sports cars. 🙂

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is located 2 miles from downtown Moscow on 7 acres with pine trees and fruit trees in a country setting. This studio apartment with a lower floor private entrance is an all in one cheerful room with an equipped compact kitchen, a double sized Murphy bed, a masonry stove fireplace, a loveseat and a colorfully tiled shower. Jim and Caroline built this home with their own hands.
