Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Design apartment Moscenice

The apartment is settled on the hill above the Mošćenička Draga in the center of old town Mošćenice. House is more than 200 years old and is under jurisdiction of Ministry of culture. Decorated in traditional style with all technical equipment. Excellent for someone who want to feel the beat of small place and way of living. There are two ways how to get to the wonderful beaches: by walk or by car. 750 stairs will be the challange for someone who choose the walk. By car you will need 3 min and we have the parking place for you in Mošćenička Draga. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also enough far away to live in harmony with natur. If you enjoy walking or biking you will find many trails through the untouched nature. Nearby (100 m) are two excellent restaurantes („Perun“ and „Tu tamo“) where you can enjoy in traditional food,drinks and view. The small shop is quite enough for daily supply.

Our studio apartment is situated in Mošćenice, a medieval town built on a hill overlooking Mošćenička Draga. This picturesque old town, with its narrow streets, passages and vaults, is included on the list of Croatian cultural heritage sites. It is situated 33 km from Rijeka-the biggest port in Croatia, and 75 km from Pula-economic and cultural center of Istria. For those who wish to visit the islands of Cres and Losinj, there's a ferry that leaves regularly located 14 kilometers from Mošćenice.

Our studio apartment is located in the old medieval town of Mošćenice. The apartment is cosy and modernly decorated. It has 32m2. On the lower floor is the bedroom and bathroom and on the upper floor is the kitchen with living room. In front of the apartment there is a small green area ideal for coffee or a glass of wine. The beautiful pebble beach can be reached by stairs through the forest. The town is very quiet and peaceful. It is surrounded by nature and is ideal for escape from stress.

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent terrace with view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the beach Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1,2k from centre of Moscenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 20 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia. Excellent locaion for exploring Istria.
