Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

This seafront property with stunning views comprises lounge/dining room, kitchen, and utility area to the ground floor. First floor, master bedroom with ensuite & balcony, a shower room and twin bedroom with balcony. Basement twin bedroom with ensuite available on request (additional 150 euros). Externally, guests can enjoy al fresco dining, sunbathing & their own private pool. Free parking is available. Plenty of bars, restaurants & shops are located approx 10 minute walk away, at the Marina.

La villa dispone de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, además de una cocina totalmente equipada y una amplia terraza con vistas al océano A pocos pasos de la villa se encuentra una pequeña playa muy íntima y resguardada. Además, la villa estamos a solo 400 m de Playa Esmeralda, a 600 m de la playa de Costa Calma y a 1 km de la famosa playa de Sotavento.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.
