The Old Dairy, cottage on Highland Farm

As the name suggests this cottage was previously used as dairy on the family farm in years gone by. The house was built in the 1850's, the first house on the farm as it is now. The cottage was also known as Grieves House and was home to the Manager of Dalmore Distillery years and years ago. We live on a family farm and there is always somebody nearby for assistance during your stay. Dalmore Farm is in a quiet location on the edge of Alness, a busy town which in 2018 won the title of Best High Street in Scotland. Set on the shore of the Cromarty Firth, this makes an ideal base for exploring Easter Ross and the Northern Highlands. Alness town centre is approx 10 - 15 walk Morrisons and Lidl are approx 5 minute walk

Knockanbuie is a quiet, cosy holiday cottage in rural Nairnshire, with beautiful open views from every window. It was refurbished recently and has underfloor heating and a woodburning stove in the sitting room. It is a perfect place for family and friends to relax. An ideal location for exploring the rich history of Scotland and to enjoy nature with lochs, beaches, forests and rivers nearby.

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers & families (with kids). Easy access to all transport links. We welcome everybody.

Enjoy breathtaking walks and views and relax in the wood-fired hot tub after exploring. Only 10 minutes from Inverness and Beauly, it’s ideal for 4 adults plus 2 children in bunk beds. Inside, the cottage has a log burner, bath and separate shower for all-season comfort. Well-behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement with Katie.

Converted in May 2017, Shore View cottage is ideally located in the small village of North Kessock near Inverness. The Cottage has interrupted views over the Beauly and Moray Firths which are home to a school of Bottlenose Dolphins. The village of North Kessock has a pub and shop, all within easy walking distance. There is lots to do in the area: dolphin cruises on the Moray Firth, pony trekking centre 10 minutes away, lots of restaurants and traditional live music bars, golf courses

Meikle Kildrummie dates back to 1670. Added later, the adjacent 200 year old cottage has been beautifully renovated and sits in a peaceful location within a 2 acre garden surrounded by open countryside. It’s perfectly situated as a base for exploring the highlands of Scotland, the fabulous beaches and places of interest around the Moray Firth, as well as being on the doorstep of the acclaimed Malt Whisky Trail. The Highland Capital of Inverness is only 20 minutes away.
