The Big Space je prostoren apartma, ki se nahaja v 2. nadstropju stavbe v neposredni bližini Term Vivat in sprejme do 6 oseb. Apartma obsega ločeno spalnica z zakonsko posteljo in dve raztegljivi ležišči za dve osebi v bivalnem prostoru. V apartmaju je polno opremljena kuhinja s pomivalnim strojem, pečico ter jedilnim kotičkom. Na voljo vam je tudi pralni stroj. Apartma je klimatiziran in ima velik pokrit balkon. Na voljo je brezplačna uporaba dveh koles. Dostop je po stopnicah ali z dvigalom.

Dobrodošli, ako ste željni pobjeći od gradske buke i stresa robinzonski odmor je prava stvar za Vas. Nalazimo se u selu Frkanovec, u blizini Čakovca. Smješteni smo na izoliranom mjestu i nudimo ograničene sadržaje ali posebni doživljaj sjedinjenja sa prirodom bez luksuza modernog života. Kolibe (kućice na drvetu) nemaju priključak za struju i vodu. WC je vanjski u sklopu kojeg je tuš povezan sa spremnicima za vodu. U zajedničkoj kuhinji je moguće kuhati i peći, postoji i pipa sa pitkom vodom.

It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Awesome Free Time Studio

Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. We would be glad to personally welcome every guest. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

It is entirely built of natural materials (CLAY, WOOD, ...). Love for creativity and nature can be felt at every step. The evidences are handcrafted "masterpieces" in the earth and around it.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Naselje se razprostira sredi zelenih ravnic in ga sestavlja skupina hišic, ki spominja na tipično prekmursko vas. V sklopu nastanitve lahko igrate tenis, okolica pa je priljubljena za igranje golfa, kolesarjenja in pohodništva, za izlete po Prekmurju ter seveda neomejeno plavanje in čofotanje v bazenih v bližnjih Termah 3000.
