Seen, fussläufig alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freitag Wochenmarkt regionalen Angeboten, Biergärten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Sicherlich werdet ihr euch sehr wohlfühlen bei mir. Gemütliches Maisonette Wohnung mit Allem was man braucht und einer tollen Aussicht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Rückgebäude und ist angenehm ruhig. An der Grenze zwischen Maxvorstadt und Schwabing gelegen gibts es viele gute Restaurants, schöne Cafés, tolle Eisdielen, angesagte Bars und interessante Museen. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Münchner Hauptbahnhof sind es mit der U-Bahn U2 nur 3 Minuten bis zum Josephsplatz.

The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.
