Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

"Roseclare" is the perfect holiday base for couples, groups and families just 10 minutes drive from the CBD , 10 minutes drive to Mona and 20 minutes from the airport. The shopping Village of Moonah is just 4mins drive. The cottage boasts 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and spacious well appointed kitchen. , coffee pods and a mini cooking pantry. Porta cot & high chair provided upon request.Please note unneeded bedrooms will be locked off so please book guest numbers accurately 🙂

This 2 bedroom/2 story townhouse is equipped with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is only a 10-minute drive from the Hobart CBD and the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA). It is a short walk (5 minutes) from numerous cafes and restaurants and a Woolworths supermarket. Public transport is conveniently situated on the main road (also a 5-minute walk away). The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas cooktop, and microwave. The bathroom is new and has a heated tiled floor.

A short taxi or bus ride to the city. We do have wifi. off street parking is available within the premises

Artists Studio Apartment

Welcome to our self contained apartment in the heart of Moonah just 5km to Hobart CBD and a 10 minute drive to Mona. We are opposite the cycle track that will take you directly into town. We have converted a commercial warehouse and offices into award winning visitor accommodation, our residence and studios plus a warehouse gallery space. The renovation was completed in April 2023.
