Welcome to our lower-level Airbnb retreat! Nestled in a quiet area near most popular attractions, this space offers two bedrooms: one with a full-size bunk bed, the other with a cozy queen bed. Enjoy modern amenities like a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchenette, and dining area. We have private entry and digital lock for easy check-in/out. Checkin at 4:00 pm, check-out at 11:00 am. Home of the Renaissance Festival and 1/2 way in between Denver and Colorado Springs. Within a 30 minute drive to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds & of course, Pikes Peak. Also about a 35 minute drive to hit South Denver. Enjoy the serene views of overlooking ranching fields through the pines in a comfortable, warm setting. Simple living indeed!

This great space has all the comforts you need for a enjoyable home away from home. There is a sleeping, lounging and dining area as well as a kitchenette, bathroom and a lovely patio space. We have established and grow a large variety of edible plants. On our 1/4 acre lot we use a compost and a rain catching system to support our food forest, spiral herb garden and annual beds. We raise chickens and have been attempting to start an apiary. I am happy to give garden tours if interested.

The fireplace makes it cozy and warm and sometimes we are visited by large wildlife. Minutes from restaurants and hiking trails.
