The inside has plenty of space for games, a meal together, and has new luxury beds and furniture for a delightful stay. Nothing says "stop and smell the coffee" like this romantic country retreat.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, private bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There are two additional rooms. One with a queen size bed with a smart tv and one with a double bed with a smart tv. The backyard is privacy fenced with outdoor furniture and gas fire pit. Use this house as a home base for adventures to the Black Canyon National Park (12 minutes away), San Juans Mountains completing business, meetups, or family get togethers .

Bird House

The “bird house” is a 120 year old bird themed carriage house! It is an open space concept with 20ft ceilings in half and a master loft on the other. It shares a yard with what once was a Catholic Church and the church rectory(both are now private residences). The backyard is very private with a green house and patio perfect for morning coffee. The owner’s live in the main home with very friendly dogs that also use the yard(young bernadoodle and geriatric Sheppard). Enjoy!
