Farm Stay - Working livestock farm

Come stay in our apartment connected to the barn on our active working farm. We are located 3 miles from the state capitol building in Montpelier, but you would never know it up here. You can cross country ski, snowshoe, hike, or bike out your front door, and we are located within 45 min. from Sugarbush, Stowe, Mad River Glen, & Bolton Valley. You can also check out the local beer & spirits scene, or just relax at the farm. Guests are always welcome to tour the grounds and see the animals.

Located just 10 minutes away from Montpelier and 40 from Stowe proper, this newly renovated 1919 farmhouse comfortably sleeps 8 and is the perfect choice for a relaxing stay. Nestled among quiet farmland, you and your guests will enjoy sipping coffee/wine on the back deck with full mountain views. After a fun day enjoying local trails, shops, mountains, and more—a table inside or outside awaits a meal to be shared with all.

Cozy Country Retreat Close to Town

Wake up to the sounds of nature, a cup of coffee on the porch, or cozied up by the fire with a book. Prepare simple meals in the kitchenette, or head out to local restaurants within a ten minute drive. Enjoy being comfortable while close to nature. Guests love the comfortable bed, and the pullout futon makes it an affordable option for families. Nearby walking trails, swimming holes, mountain biking, gravel biking out the door, and cross-country ski areas nearby. Fire pit with wood provided.

The Guest House at Chandlery Farm

This classic Vermont farm estate has everything that description implies: end-of-the-road privacy with breathtaking views, where the only sound is the wind rustling through the leaves. The manicured gardens, stone walls and quaint but luxurious home seem plucked from classic American folklore. Guests can drink their morning coffee while soaking in views of rolling pastures and forested hills, and spend their days exploring the property's trails, and the beautiful towns and countryside nearby.

Potter’s Place

Lovely 2-bedroom close to everything, Potter’s Place is the perfect hub for your stay in Vermont. Only 30-40 minutes to Stowe, Bolton, Sugarbush, and plenty of amazing Nordic trails, the space provides a welcoming retreat after a day of skiing, hiking, or biking. If biking is your thing, the apartment backs up to the Cross Vermont Trail, and is a great jumping off point for adventure. The apartment is also a short (10-15 minute) walk to downtown and all the shops on Main and State Street.

Entire 2nd Floor Walk to Montpelier

Five minute walk to the prettiest and coolest state capital in the country. Entire second floor duplex with separate entrance up a flight of stairs. Beautiful porch. Perfect base to explore Vermont; hiking, skiing, biking. Hosts live downstairs. Dogs are welcome with conditions. (Note the reservation requirements) Limit 4 people. (Includes toddlers and infants) If you are a skier, we're e less than an 40 minutes to major Ski areas. You won't have to pay resort prices and have a more room.

Fairytale cabin at The Wild Farm

Lay in bed and look out the huge picture window at the farm. You might see cats climbing trees, hummingbirds, snowflakes falling, lightning storms and many more beautiful moments. We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. If you like nature, animals, walking in the forest, cuddling up by the wood stove, then this is the place for you. The cabin is surrounded by gorgeous perennial gardens. We look forward to hosting you!

Modern not so tiny house

Our backyard tiny home is walking distance to historic downtown Montpelier. Located on a quiet street, its many windows highlight all the efficiencies of tiny house living, including a fully equipped kitchen, radiant floor heat and the option of woodstove coziness. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern concrete sink. Two small bedrooms share a featured rotating wall and sliding barn door. The design plan is clean lines, minimalist decor and efficient energy use.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place just minutes from downtown Montpelier. A contemporary studio set within the charm of a historical building. Relax under the apple tree with your morning coffee or take a five minute walk into town for freshly-baked pastries. Discover what our vibrant little city has to offer without ever getting into your car. No matter the season, there are great places nearby to explore for swimming, hiking, biking, and skiing.

Morningstar Meadow - your home in Vermont

You have a home in Vermont! 5-star one-bedroom apartment has country charm and contemporary panache. A perfect retreat to enjoy rural serenity, stunning views, woods and fields. Everything you need: well-appointed with attractive, high quality furnishings, separate entrance, full kitchen, open living/dining area, cozy bedroom with queen bed. Cable TV, WiFi, and cell service. Plentiful free parking. Recent guests claimed heat an issue. It is not. No complaints before or since.

Forest Hideaway

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails are nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.
