Villa Petra je prelijepa kamena kuća koja se nalazi u selu Dračevac, cca 9 km od Poreča i njegovih plaža. Kuća je izgrađena 1930. godine i u potpunosti je renovirana i ukusno namještena 2010. godine. Pri rekonstrukciji kuće korišteni su isključivo tradicionalni materijali čime je ova komforna kuća sačuvala svoju izvornost i svojim gostima pruža dašak tradicije u kombinaciji sa visokim komforom ruralne kuće za odmor. Smještena na vlastitoj ograđenoj okućnici sa njegovanim travnjakom od cca 900 m², gostima na raspolaganju stoje otvoreni bazen od 24 m² sa ležaljkama, ljetna kuhinja sa roštiljem i natkrivenom terasom sa sjedećom garniturom te tri natkrivena parkirna mjesta. Vila sa bazenom za 6 osoba površine cca 135 m². U prizemlju kuće nalazi se dnevni boravak sa kaminom, sjedećom garniturom i SAT-TV, kompletno opremljena kuhinja sa stolom za objedovanje za 6 osoba te zaseban WC sa perilicom rublja. Iz kuhinje se izlazi na prostranu natkrivenu terasu sa sjedećom garniturom. Na prvom katu nalaze se ukupno tri spavaće sobe od kojih jedna sa bračnim krevetom, klima uređajem, SAT-TV, vlastitim kupatilom/WC i natkrivenom terasom, jedna dječja soba sa dva odvojena kreveta i galerijom za igru te jedna dvokrevetna soba sa bračnim krevetom, SAT-TV, tuš/WC u hodniku. NAPOMENA: Ljubimci su dozvoljeni (max 1 ljubimac) uz nadoplatu od 15,- € po ljubimcu na dan plativo na licu mjesta.

Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.
