The 1700 Sq ft. modern log cabin is nestled between woods and open fields, with stunning sunrises from the front porch and sunsets from the back deck. Set on a 300+ acre farm, there is access to a network of private hiking trails that cross creeks and include mountain views from the ridge. For restaurants, shops, farmers market, and entertainment head into the artsy town of Floyd in less than 20 minutes, or the University town of Blacksburg.

Merry Point Lodge on beautiful Claytor Lake, VA!

Claytor Lake Life! 10 minutes from Radford and 5 minutes from Interstate 81, property is located in a prime spot to soak in beautiful lake views. Built in the early 1940's, this cozy 1 room lodge is just the place to get away from it all. Great room is open concept containing double bed (which is a murphy bed!), a twin daybed, kitchen, living area w/ TV, dining. Laundry, bunk bedroom, and bathroom are located off of the main room. Property owners live on adjoining lots. 2 adults/2 kids ideal.

Mountain Creek Lodge 2 Bedrooms/2 Bath

Mountain Creek Lodge is a full house accommodation with two bedrooms and two baths. It can sleep up to six with our Queen size Futon. Full kitchen access with a snack and coffee bar provided. Our lodge has a beautiful outdoor wildlife/nature setting. While some may enjoy family entertainment around the fire pit, others may enjoy the relaxation of the hot tub. The Cabin

Charming log cabin in great Floyd County location for 2 guests only. Large family room with gas fireplace. Separate bedroom with queen bed, well appointed kitchen, & single bath with stall shower. Located ~22 minutes from I-81, 35 minutes from Virginia Tech, 22 minutes from Floyd Country Store, & ~ 40 minutes to Roanoke. No smoking/vaping on property. Our home is beside/visible from the cabin. We are available if you need anything, but we respect your time and will give you your privacy.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Only a scenic 8 mile drive from Lane Stadium at VT, but also within 25 minutes to any part of the New River Valley. Enjoy over 6 acres in the Jefferson National Forest including access to Lick Run as it converges with Tom’s Creek. The spacious owners suite, multiple fireplaces in the 1728 sq ft cabin, and private backyard oasis connecting to the 400 sq ft game room make the Black Bear Log Cabin a destination spot for your NRV getaway!

Take a break from city stresses at this cozy vacation rental cabin in Radford. Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and several furnished outdoor spaces, the property is ideal for a summer fishing trip, winter getaways, and everything in between. After days spent in the water, on the lake, or visiting local attractions, come home and grill burgers on the deck, enjoy quality time with friends around the outdoor firepit, and listen to the sounds of nature surrounding the home.

Hokie Homestead Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country cabin situated on our six-and-a-half acre partial homestead on a quiet lane in Blacksburg with a view of Brush Mountain and a neighboring horse ranch. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and seasonal vegetables from our garden as available, and visit our cuddly mini-pigs! This getaway is a perfect home base for Virginia Tech games and events, nearby vineyards, breweries, the Appalachian Trail, or the New River.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Virginia Tech Blacksburg Buckeye Farm, Newport, VA

Buckeye Farm is located in the quaint village of Newport. You are only 15 minutes from Virginia Tech and 32 minutes from Radford University. Our log home is beautifully decorated and is situated on the property to have complete privacy. You are steps from the creek to fish or jump on one of the local hiking trails to see the most beautiful views of the New River Valley! Note: We do host weddings here but unfortunately that option isn't offered on this site.

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023).
