The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes from the Old Town Budva. The apartment has a beautiful view of Budva Bay. It is situated in a family house, which has a garden with a lot of various plants and trees. The apartment has its own separate entrance. It is always cleaned and before new guests arrive. There are many restaurants nearby and several popular beaches. Also, there is a big market very close to the apartment. The parking place is located right in front of the house.

This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. The apartment is in a house, with a terrace, bathroom, AC and equipment kitchen (61 square meters / 656 square foot). You are isolated from the village inhabitants and you have your own utilities. The house is located near Budva (9km / 5,6 mi) and Kotor (19km / 11.8 mi).
