Secluded cabin on 11 acres of land adjacent to George Washington National Forest at 3k elevation. Fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin with heat, AC, WiFi, and wood stove. Queen-size bed downstairs / full-size with a trundle upstairs. Extra fee for guests 5 & 6. The third “bedroom” is a detached micro cabin with a bunk bed (heat only). Four miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Direct hiking from cabin to AT. Level 2 EV charger (30amp 240V) available upon request for $5 fee per night.

3 Sisters Cabin is an historic, pre-Civil War log cabin; one of only a few surviving 2-story log cabins along Virginia's scenic Blue Ridge Parkway. 3 Sisters is the only VA property featured in "The Top 100 Most Beautiful Rustic Vacation Properties in North America". We invite you to relax and recharge in the cabin, sauna and hot tub because you deserve it! Lay in the comfy QUEEN sized bed to stargaze at the beautifully lit sky through the skylight. Our cabin was originally a grainery. We moved it to sit on a wooded knoll on our working sheep farm. Mornings can be spent relaxing on our front porch while watching lambs play. We offer a firepit and outdoor furniture to better enjoy the peaceful seclusion of our slice of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Guests are just 10 minutes to downtown Lexington, Virginia Military Institute, Washington & Lee University, Southern Virginia University & the Virginia Horse Center. The owner is a VMI alumnus.

Olin’s Ridge

Quaint and charming Olin’s Ridge in nestled quietly in the foothills of Augusta County. This cabin is perfectly suited for a couple or small family seeking a quiet escape. A simplistic experience, with an Alexa, Wi-Fi and personally controlled heating/air throughout. Outdoors you can sit under string lights by the fire pit, enjoy a peaceful dip in the hot tub, or a swing on the front porch. With a short walk, you will find two ponds with spectacular views of the blue ridge mountains.

‼️PLEASE NOTE: The driveway is well-maintained gravel, but it is steep. To preserve its condition and avoid getting spinning tires, 4 wheel drive or all-wheel drive is highly recommended. This gem of a cabin is nestled in a beautiful part of Virginia, surrounded by the majestic George Washington National Forest. Woody’s is only 30 minutes from Madison Heights and 37 minutes from downtown Lynchburg.

With crazy careers, growing kids & constant hustle- everyone needs a hide out like this every now and then!

Log Cabin w/ Views! 8+ Acres! Pets!

Charming log cabin with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Only 15 minutes to Route 151 brew trail and 25 minutes to UVA or Wintergreen Resort. Please note that while the cabin offers an idyllic hilltop setting, access requires a 4-wheel drive vehicle due to the steep gravel driveway. For guests without such vehicles, designated 2-wheel drive parking is available halfway up the driveway. Refer to “Other details to note" and “House Rules” prior to booking.

Little Cabin in the Woods is quiet and secluded!

Enjoy our rustic, cozy, historic log cabin in the woods on 21 acres with two streams and a little meadow. The logs, from the 1800's, were reconfigured 17 years ago combining a rich history with high speed internet and modern amenities. Sink into the luscious bed with totally organic sheets, mattress topper, and pillows. Take a walk on the original wagon train road down to a stream or bath your senses in the majestic view of Jump Mountain from the meadow.

Experience the Blue Ridge Mountains in a 1940’s fishing cabin! Guests adore Parr's Camp-it's rustic outside & restored charm inside. A private pond & the Tye River flow steps away for you to enjoy the ever-changing mountain stream. Our family friendly cabin allows children areas to explore nature & enjoy marshmallows over the campfire. We have enhanced our cleaning procedures & taken care to properly disinfect between reservations.
