I Tre Casali Farm - Sovana

In the farm, individual groups of visitors can occupy a little cottage composed by a double bed and a queen-sized bed, a full equipped new kitchen, a divano, a dining space. The cottage is surrounded by our big garden,. Up to 3/4 people can stay comfortably in this suite. The building is an ancient cottage which was restored with good taste and in harmony with the traditional style of Maremma: the external walls are covered with “Tufo” while the inside has brick floor and ceilings with beams. For the most part the cottage is furnished with ancient furniture, and the result is the warm atmosphere of an elegant country house. At “Tre Casali” our guests can approach seasonal agricultural practices but also swim in a large swimming pool (from may until end of september) or appreciate the harmony of the garden and the sweetness of landscape, go for a walk or a trip discovering the territory and the ancient etruscan sites, just walking from our place, sight wild boars, hares and deer, devote themselves to reading or playing chess or even play piano. Breakfast is not included in our services, but at your arrival you will find in your kitchen all you need: milk, coffee, rusks and some of our organic jams. We can organize for our guests tasting of our organic olive oil (with other local products like wines and cheese ). A barbecue in the garden is also at your disposal. Wonderful apartment directly on the beach, for those seeking a perfectly peaceful holiday, where you will only hear the splash of the waves against the rocks. 2 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fantastic living room and a patio where you can dine outside. WIFI . Air-conditioning in bedrooms. There is a restaurant and bar on the beach, open only in the summer months (music parties sometimes in August). Lavastoviglie, forno a legna e elettrico macchina x espresso.Ampio giardino con barbecue, piscina e una hot tub . Spese da pagare in loco in base al consumo legna 8€ a cassetta Gpl 6€ a metro cubo elettricità 0,36 a kw. Sarà fornita legna per un barbecue e un bagno caldo nella hot tub gratis.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

Uno splendido alloggio che affaccia direttamente sul mare, proprio di fronte all'Isola del Giglio, completamente immersa nella natura, ed è proprio questo che la rende un ottimo posto per chi vuole rilassarsi e godersi dei fantastici tramonti. La villetta è composta da una camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia, un ampio salone con cucina comodo divano il secondo salone dove si trovano altri due divani, di cui uno letto. e due splendide terrazze.

Cozy independent house in the countryside just outside Porto Ercole. Located only a few steps away from the historic center and the shops. The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two couches and a dining table. There are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There are two bathroom. There is a veranda with a marble dining table, a sofa and some deck chairs. Outside the house there is a big barbecue and a wood oven.
