If you like to be close to everything in Nashville, IN while being in the middle of the woods, this is the place for you. This Cabin is about 2,500 feet from the main road and feels like the middle of the woods. Additionally, Brown County State Park is directly next to the west and north property line boundary. The property is 24 acres total, about 20 acres of mature woods. In just over 5 minutes, you can be to the north entrance of Brown County State Park or in downtown Nashville, Indiana.

The south loft has a master bedroom with French doors leading to a soaker tub and shower. The north side loft has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two full size beds. The main floor has 30' cathedral ceilings, freestanding fireplace suspended on chains, 16' dining table, custom kitchen.

The studio is in the woods so you may see or encounter wildlife including deer, opossums, raccoons, snakes, bobcats, coyotes and birds. Owner lives on property.
