The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Enjoy the countryside with Bath and all it's splendour just a few minutes away. This beautiful self-contained annexe has a lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, all with amazing views of the countryside. Although attached to our home the annexe has a separate front door and patio area. Only 15 mins from Bath by car and close to the historic towns of Corsham and Lacock. Both Stonehenge (1 hour away) and Longleat Stately Home & Safari Park (40 minutes) are not too far away for a visit either.

The Nest is situated in the delightful, picturesque village of Bathford 4 miles outside Bath. The cottage has been recently renovated providing country chic with modern facilities, including a new bathroom and kitchen. Secluded, private, away from main roads but with good access to public transport. Free on-street parking. When the forecourt in front of the studio is free you are also welcome to park there .The short , narrow drive from the street entrance to the studio is suitable only for small cars and at your own risk.
