À deux pas de la mer, le Borlicoco tire son nom des escargots sur la plage et de l'escalier en colimaçon. Les levers de soleil sur l'île de Cocagne sont à couper le souffle, et on peut observer les bateaux voguer en se prélassant sur l'une des deux terrasses.
