Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept One bedroom, one bath lower level retreat. (Basement apartment). Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, small fenced side yard, patio and deck w/ seating.

Relax and unwind in the countryside! Our 1 bed/1 bath country cottage has rustic charm while being newly renovated to include all the modern comforts you expect. The sauna is truly beautiful and it has the unique feature of a waterfall shower. Enjoy the beautiful mission mountains and park-like setting complete with creek and willow trees. There is no shortage of wildlife...deer, hawks, owls, geese, and pheasants to name a few, along with some cows and a horse grazing in the pasture out back.

Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

And, it is a 5 min bike ride to downtown, and mins from the beautiful river trail that connects you to the University, trails, or our local ”Good Food Store”. Enjoy a beautiful private patio in the backyard. Bikes available! 1 bedroom with a queen bed + living room sofa bed + air mattress. We are kid friendly. Dogs allowed upon approval with a $75 pet fee.

Jumbo and the gin-clear rattlesnake creek, this two bedroom house has easy access to multiple hiking trails, parks, playgrounds, and wilderness, as well as Missoula’s vibrant little downtown, the University, Washington Stadium, and several music venues. Just far enough off the highway for a little peace and quiet while still being a straight shot back to I-90 in case you're just passing through.
