Just like its Brooklyn namesake, our unit is tucked away in a hip neighborhood, just across the river from the "big city". Park your car and walk to the U of M, Griz Stadium, and the Adams Center. A stroll across the Higgins Bridge brings you to downtown MSLA restaurants, shopping, and concert venues. We're adjacent to the Kim Williams/Milwaukee Trail systems and just steps from Big Dipper, The Roxy, KettleHouse Brewing, Clyde Coffee, The Bridge Pizza, and much, much more. Welcome to Missoula!

Charming Carriage House-Great Location + King Bed.

Welcome to your home away from home! Whether you're heading out to explore our eclectic downtown with our local eateries ~ distilleries ~ breweries, or going to a GRIZ game, hiking our many trails, or playing in/on the rivers, The Carriage House location makes it an easy walk. If walking isn't your thing, Missoula has an awesome FREE public transit with direct lines to the University or to downtown. We also have a food market directly across the street with a large selection of beer and wine.

Rattlesnake Studio - Walk to UM, downtown, River

The location is a quiet street in the Rattlesnake area walking distance (less than 1 mile) from downtown Missoula, the University of Montana and the Clark Fork River and only a couple of blocks from several major trailheads. Features: full kitchen with range, fridge, and microwave; dining area; full bathroom; and queen size bed. The carriage house is located above the garage with alley access and off street parking. Guests have access to the new side deck with seating and gas BBQ grill.

Amazing mood lighting, impeccably clean, plenty of plants, great vibes, and thoughtfully designed; need we say more? This brand new unit is completely separate from our house. With a queen bed and a full-sized pull-out couch, it can sleep up to 4. Our unique, cozy loft is centrally located and close to everything. Artwork by local artists is on display, and many pieces are available to purchase. We offer hospitality that is caring, warm, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. Come stay with us!

Into the Woods 32’ Camper with Slide-Out, Hot Tub

This is a beautiful camper with an awning, bunk beds, a private room with a queen bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, outdoor shower, dining area, sofa, flat screen, air conditioning and heater. It is right next to a cute seasonal creek with a canopy and table and chairs and we also have lovely hiking trails. Dogs are allowed, cats are not allowed. Please note that we are along a busy road and that there is road noise and train tracks close by but we are also very close to amenities.

Cozy Cottage Near Dwntwn in Alley Btween 5th & 6th

Enter & park in the alley, between 5th & 6th, with shared carport alongside cottage. The small cottage was originally a carriage house; mixed neighborhood, queen bed 2015 new mattress. Full bathroom & kitchenette. Vaulted ceiling, & lots of natural light. 2014 remodel: 2nd bed is couch that is fold out futon sleeps 2 more, new floor coverings, black out shades. Tile hearth & small gas fireplace. Bathroom access is through the bedroom. There is NO yard with Airbnb rental.

Mission Mountain Guest Cabin

Private guest cabin with queen size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, microwave and small fridge. Under two hours to Glacier National Park, thirty minutes to Flathead Lake and less than ten minutes to the National Bison Range. (the middle of September through the middle of October is rut season for elk) Five minutes to Ninepipe National Wildlife Refuge where exceptional bird watching throughout the year. Centrally located to three ski resorts for your winter getaway.

Cute 1 bedroom apartment, nestled in the woods, private and only 8 minutes away from Missoula (between Lolo & Missoula). We are secluded without neighbors. Separated from the main house and has its own entrance. Has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, deck overlooking the woods. We are only 2-3 minutes from Lolo Brewery, Lolo Steakhouse & Distillery, and other convenience stores.

University Guest House

We are serious about providing the cleanest, most comfortable and convenient lodging possible! We don’t expect you to do chores, that’s what the cleaning fee covers! We have recently upgraded out internet system. The University Guest House is a short four block walk to campus. Quiet, private and secure, new furnishings and easy access to the heart of Missoula.
