This ground-level University Club Condo offers ALL of the amenities of home within walking distance (<10 min.) to everything Mississippi State has to offer: king bed, full size pull-out sofa, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and private bath to name a few. Includes two (2) parking spots and security for home games. Approximately 0.5 mi. to campus on foot (but about 50-100 steps to Buffalo Wild Wings or Chick-fil-A)!

2 Bed Condo in Russell St Flats - Walk to Stadium

Russell Street Flats is a newly built condo complex that is centrally located between downtown and campus in the Cotton District. The football stadium and several nice restaurants are all within walking distance! Unit 332 is a fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with sleeper sofa on the 3rd floor with a view of the football stadium from the balcony. LOCATION IS AWESOME within a 15-minute walk! Shuttle service is available with stops at the complex entrance to campus events. The space includes 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 baths. One bedroom with a Queen bed and the second bedroom with 2 twin beds. The comfy couch in den area. Washer and Dryer on site. Note: UPSTAIRS UNIT.

Loft Just Off Cotton

This 1920s house has been converted into apartments and is conveniently located. It is in the historic district in the Avenues and it is one mile from MSU stadium. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Large vehicles may be too big for our parking area. Parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles and we only provide one parking place on the premises. There is more parking around the corner

Lucky 13 Condo

One bedroom Condo on second level less than two miles from MSU campus. Unit includes all appliances, free Wifi, and free onsite parking. Vizio Smart TVs are located in both the den and bedroom. Whirlpool washer and dryer are available in condo. The unit is one bedroom, and also has a queen sofa sleeper needed to accommodate more guests. Perfect for game-day weekends or for a quick trip in town for business. This unit is designed to be comfortable and cozy.

Newly renovated Condo Unit at Chadwick on Lee within walking distance to campus. 15 minute walk to Davis Wade, The Hump, and Dudy-Noble Field - home of the 2021 CWS National Champions. Across the street from campus, 5 minutes from the Cotton District, Main Street and many other Dining and Entertainment areas. 2 queen beds and a Queen sleeper sofa in the den.
