Angie’s Place is a bright basement apartment in a single-family home with a private exterior entrance from your own patio. Located in West Ottawa just steps away from the Kanata Centrum. A 10-minute walk gives you access to many restaurants, grocery stores, LCBO, Chapters and more! Only a 5 minute drive to the Canadian Tire Centre and Tanger Outlets. The property includes a parking spot but is also located on an OC Transport Bus Route. There is a friendly dog that lives on the premises.

Our house has all the comforts of home with beautiful open vistas visible out each window. This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing. 40 minutes west of Kanata, ON in Lanark Highlands, 20 kms west of Almonte. The Gate House is a renovated 150 year old log building with 2 single beds, in floor heating, bathroom with shower & kitchenette with hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, small fridge & microwave, dining & sitting area.
