Welcome to the Patersons of Huron Shores- located on 80 acres on the banks of the Mississagi River in Iron Bridge ON. Here you can unplug from life and reconnect with nature.This is a place to relax and recharge. You will find a beautiful four season off grid yurt(no electricity,running water), access to a fire pit and barbeque for cooking. Enjoy the river, sunsets, and incredible night skies as well as the wildlife, including otters, bears, deer, birds and bald eagles in the fall!

Drummond Island - Whits End Boathouse

Welcome to Whit’s End on beautiful Drummond Island! We are excited to share our boathouse with you here in the historic Whitney Bay area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck listening to Loons and watching nearby freighters navigate Lake Huron. The sunsets over Whitney Bay are truly spectacular. The living space is located on the second floor of our renovated boathouse. We run a small pottery shop on the main level, so you may notice occasional activity during the day.

Lakefront Cottage on Echo Lake/Echo Bay

Our family friendly lake front cottage is located 40km east of Sault Ste Marie, the ideal space to escape and relax at. The cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with open concept living areas. Enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains from the deck. Full access to private waterfront yard with a beachy area, fire pit and dock. Swimming, fishing and kayaking are a must. Bring life jackets for water play and worms for fishing. Many trails for ATVs out your back door.

River's Edge Flat

The Cedar Rose

Built in 2018, our off-grid cedar cabin is tucked away in a mixed woodland on beautiful Manitoulin Island. It is uniquely decorated with antiques, thrift store finds and handicrafts collected from our travels around the world as far as Africa, Japan, Costa Rica and Canada’s Arctic. Our space is an inviting space to unwind, unplug and wake up to the sounds of the birds after enjoying the stars on a clear night.

The Ol' Peck Place

The Ol' Peck Place is a new build on an old landscape, one that has been appreciated and shared for many years. Be taken back to the simplicity of nature at this peaceful haven. Explore scenic drives, starry nights, amazing sunsets, bonfires, fishing, kayaking, swimming and endless ATV trails. The view from the cabin boasts many beautiful sunsets and occasional Northern Lights.

Charming Cabin 9 on Big Basswood Lake

Located on beautiful Big Basswood Lake in Northern Ontario, this cabin is the perfect place to get away and relax. Big Basswood is a large, clean, fresh water lake that is filled with a variety of fish, has amazing shorelines, waterfalls, and hiking trails. This cabin is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, groups of friends, families (with kids), and is pet friendly.

This apartment suite is located at the back of the old Baptist church in Blind River. Private entrance, a mix of old and new. One of the bedroom is located on the second floor where you will have to go up an old unique staircase from 1910. This apartment is unique, clean and spacious. Located a 2 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute walk to downtown.
