Large, light filled, quiet, private 2 bedroom apartment/guest suite with split bathroom (toilet and sink in one room, soaking tub/shower and sink in other), kitchenette, and ceilings up to 16'. We have been working on this space for the last 2 years to get the details just right, including hand built furniture and art by local artists. Above the din of the Mission, this apartment is a unique space built in the attic of a large Edwardian house run by artists Laurel Roth Hope and Andy Diaz Hope .

Welcome to our newly renovated Carriage House in the heart of SF! This charming 2-story retreat offers modern amenities, historic character, a stocked kitchenette, live/work space, and comfortable beds. Located between the Mission and Potrero Hill, you’re close to cafes, shops, and venues. We live on site in main residence and share the property during guest stays. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, our place is a fully detached, private building, offering complete seclusion and privacy.

The peaceful outdoor space is a lovely setting for afternoon drinks or a bite to eat...a true urban oasis in SF’s best location!

SO CLOSE to SO MUCH...ice cream, coffee, food, cocktails, murals, markets, music, etc. You’ll love my place because its location is in heart of the Mission. The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. This stunning, 1800+ square foot house is part of just 5% of the city that fully withstood the 1906 and the Loma Prieta earthquakes, a mix of fortuitous geography and magic. For more than 15 years, it has been my sanctuary when the rough and tumble of the business world has kicked me in the stomach, when heartbreak hit, and later it was the co-parent in helping me raise my gorgeous girls. I'm ready to share its magic with you!

Newly renovated apartment built in a 130-year-old Marina-style house with a separate entrance from the main house. Two bedrooms, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer, and a large smart TV. The apartment has a perfect placement on a quiet street, but close enough to all the great restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife of the Mission (98 walk score). I live upstairs in the same home and am available during your stay, while guests have full privacy in their own space.

Lots of room to spread out & relax. You will be sharing the garden with me and other folks so please respect it as a quiet space.
