Lush back yard, fully fenced, patio, outdoor dining, grill. Enjoy this outdoor space until 10 pm. I live on premises with my two friendly, small, neutered terriers. Laundry privileges for stays of longer than 7 nights. Abundant supplies (TP, paper towels, towels, etc)
