Come stay in our yurt! You will have access to the lake, canoes, 1,000+ acres of public land for hiking and exploring. The yurt is rustic but comfy, perfect for nature lovers and folks wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of life for a bit. Come explore a slice of the north woods! WE DO NOT SUPPLY BEDDING PLEASE RMEMBER TO BRING SLEEPING BAGS OR BEDDING :) Your yurt comes with all kitchen essentials, 2 burner Coleman stove, nearby outhouse, bonfire pit, and outdoor table and chairs.

PINES YURT (Near Duluth/Jay Cook State Park)

Experience a rustic glamping adventure! Nestled on the border of Jay Cooke State Park(~15 min from Duluth), you will be surrounded by nature and wildlife, sheltered by the canvas ‘yurt’ and enjoy the night sky in a cozy bed. Located a short ~1/4 mile hike from your parking spot, there is a shared porta-potty (~150 yrds away, but NO running water or shower), a small solar powered battery providing lights/limited power. This rental is NOT heated. Guests supply necessary water for their stay.

JUST 20 MINUTES OUTSIDE OF DULUTH ON THE BORDER OF JAY COOKE STATE PARK. Enjoy this tranquil yurt nestled in the trees overlooking a mowed meadow, providing a hybrid experience between camping and staying in a cabin, or ‘glamping’. You’ll be surrounded by nature and wildlife, sheltered by the canvas ‘yurt’ and sleeping in a comfortable king bed. There is a small solar power system in the yurt and shared porta-potty (~100 yards from yurt). Guests provide necessary water for their stay.

Luxury Yurt on Lake Superior

Stay in the only luxury wooden yurt on Minnesota's North Shore. Our yurt is perched on the rocky shoreline of Lake Superior. Walk the trails to the ledge rock. The yurt itself is open and calming. A well equipped kitchen and walk-in glass shower enhance your stay. Beds include a full bed in the bedroom and two twin beds in the loft. Adults only. The lodging yurt is near the caretaker yurt which features a small studio for free private yoga which can be arranged in advance.

Off Grid Lakeside Yurt

Welcome to our lakeside yurt! This yurt is on 24 acres of private land with thousands of acres of public land connected. This site overlooks the lake which is wonderful for exploring, we do offer a canoe with booking. We provide basic lighting, wood stove, fire wood, a hand pump well in walking distance, an outhouse, and a wood fired cast iron hot tub. We are always happy to answer questions and lend a hand. WE DO NOT SUPPLY BEDDING, PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN :)

Fiddlehead Farm Yurt

Enjoy privacy with the city just 5 minutes away. Nestled in a grove of aspen, maple, and birch, our cozy yurt offers escape from the city and protection from the elements. Enjoy a short walk on trails through our woods or find the Superior Hiking Trail and COGGs trails less than a mile away. Relax by our garden. The yurt has a deck and chairs, a seasonal screen door to enjoy the breeze, a woodstove, a propane cookstove, an outhouse, and a bucket sink.

Our yurt sits on the edge of a wild woods overlooking a clearing that is an active forest restoration project currently in process on the banks of the Cloquet River. Take a quiet stroll or snowshoe through the woods, fish, swim, view wildlife, or take some valuable time for stillness and contemplation. Hang a hammock in the trees, relax, listen to the birds and watch the river go by.
