Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The house is located on a large estate surrounded with olive trees. Far enough away from the neighbors it provides peace and quiet,about 70m away from the own beach and has spectacular seaview all day long.It is 1.5km away from Milna and the road is part tarmac part gravel road. The house have plenty of room,equipt with evrything you need (modern kitchen,new toilets,full size beds,air condition,bbq),clean and nice.The hot tub(yacuzi) placed next to the house brings you pleasure and relaxing.

Welcome to our cozy one bedroom penthouse flat on the island of Brač boasting 65 sqm space and a balcony. Our family house is a traditional Dalmatian stone house built only 6 m from the sea on the property of 1500 sqm hidden in the shadow of 50 year old Mediterranean trees. Those who want to spend their vacation in the quiet place next to the sea should come to us – to our little village of Bobovišća na Moru on the southwest side of the island.

The estate itself is 5 km (3 miles) away from a small, picturesque fishing port of Milna, and the road that leads to the estate is half tarmac half dirt road 2,5 km.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
