There is 1 Full bed, 3 Murphy Beds and a pull-out sofa to allow comfortable sleeping arrangements. Accommodates a max of 6 sleepers. **Only ticketed attendees eligible to rent**

Njmp most luxurious and homie Villa. This one bedroom second floor 1.5 bathroom suite has a full functioning kitchen with built in bar style counter top and stools. Huge master bedroom and bathroom with a jacuzzi. It has a dining table under beautiful cathedral ceilings with a lot of natural light. Living room with leather couches and one has a pull out full bed that is facing a huge tv that’s accompanied by a gas fireplace. Sliding doors that lead to patio over looking thunderbolt race track.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Baybreeze Bungalow Luxury Couple’s Retreat

Baybreeze bungalow by the bay, is just blocks from the beautiful Cape May sunsets and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. The entire bungalow is your home during your stay. It is a short walking distance to the beach and a close drive or bike-ride to the center of Cape May. This lux bungalow sleeps 2 comfortably and is great for adult getaways. All amenities for a great, worry-free, and relaxed stay are provided for you. We do not allow dogs/pets in the bungalow. There will be a $100 penalty.

Grandpa's House

Come stay at Grandpa's house! Quiet and private century-old renovated farmstead set in 100 peaceful acres on the wild & scenic Maurice River. Great for family getaways, boy's & girl's weekends, or just tromping around in the woods. Enjoy more than an acre of open meadows, canoeing and kayaking from a free boat ramp/parking two miles away! There is a bonfire pit in the old barn ruins. Plenty of room for a trailer, all your friend's cars, and throwing a ball around at the same time!

The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying. It has a one bedroom with full bath, full kitchen & 1/2 bath with a full sized living room & sofa bed. We want 409 to be your comfortable, cozy getaway!
