Enjoy this 3 bedroom home with its extensive private garden and outdoor fire pit area. The house includes a private lot for 10 cars or you can use it to park a boat. One side of the dock will be provided.

Enjoy the fire pit, coffee on the deck or go out and explore Buckeye Lake and the amazing surrounding area! Please note only two vehicles are allowed as that is all the room we have in the parking area!

The Broadway Guest House

The Guest House offers 1,300 sq. ft. of private, modern comfort with two king bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area featuring Restoration Hardware and Crate & Barrel furnishings. Enjoy a travertine walk-in shower, a screened-in porch overlooking a wooded setting, and a relaxing front porch. Located just off Broadway, it’s a short walk to Granville village and Denison University, and only 12 miles from the Intel Facility. Perfect for up to 4 guests!

Rustic Cabin (on 22 acres with a creek)

Relax in the woods in this rustic Log Cabin situated on 22 acres with a creek. Guests have access to all 22 acres. Memory Foam King sized bed, and pull out sofa for extra guests. Deer and other wildlife are in abundance. Cabin is fully furnished with Stainless gas stove, Stainless refrigerator , shower, smart TV (we do not have cable, but you may connect to your cellular device ex Netflix/YouTube) Wi-Fi, microwave, coffee pot, firepit, and other necessities. 🪵 🔥 🦌 🍃
