We offer boat trailer parking upon request, and the complex has a "Public Dock" area that is shared with guests for outdoor dinning, grilling, games and firepit. Pet friendly. Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located historic apartment in Downtown Erie, nestled above Erie's Best Coffee Shop! This has had all the modern updates, features vibrant decor, local art, a color changing electric fireplace and free parking lot. You'll also have access to the backyard to sit and enjoy the garden on summer nights. Only well behaved dogs are welcome, we do not host any other pets (cats, birds, guinea pigs, etc.)

Are you needing a place to forget the hustle of life to focus on what’s important? Sweet solitude provides a quiet, romantic getaway for you and your bestie to enjoy the beauty of nature! Our cabin is locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Private 2 bedroom suite w/hot tub

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
