Cosy studio in garden with private entrance for 2 guests. We provide a king-size bed & separate shower-room. Outside is a private patio area. We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

Cosy, comfortable and luxurious shepherd's hut make this a unique getaway, a 10 minute walk from the beach and the village of Milford on Sea. Dogs welcome and dog secure. Comfy king-sized bed and shower room sit alongside the middle living space, with kitchen, dining area and seating, overlooking the private outdoor area. The garden area has relaxing chairs and dining table and enjoys the sun all day long. A gas BBQ is available to grill outside. A welcome package is also included on arrival

Surrounded by a private garden set within lush grounds, where unobstructed vistas of the Solent render unmatched tranquillity. The inside living quarters provide the perfect space for relaxation following a day venturing on nearby nature walks or exploring idyllic Lymington, a mere half-hour walk away. The self-contained kitchen has all the necessary amenities, as does the open shower room. Starlink wifi throughout!

Enjoy peace and quiet in this wonderful house minutes walk from the sea and walking distance to Milford On Sea Village with all of its' fabulous restaurants and pubs. Take a walk amongst the horses of the New Forest and enjoy a nice lunch whilst out and about on new exciting adventures. Try a spot of sailing or water activities nearby or hire bikes and explore the surrounding areas. Then, come home to a beautifully decorated house, outside dining or real log burning fire and relax........

Danehill - spacious house near the sea

Danehill is a spacious house, set in mature gardens tucked away from the road, five minute walk from the seafront and the village centre. The house is warm and welcoming and you will instantly feel at home. Milford offers an amazing range of restaurants, bars, and pubs, two mini supermarkets, and little shops. A perfect place by the sea suitable for families with children, groups of friends, and anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay. Dogs are welcome. We charge £40 per stay for dogs.

Lymore Orchard is the perfect place for a getaway for 2. The quirky home is set in a secluded quiet country lane with private parking and its own beautiful garden.There is a outside pizza oven /kitchen , a woodfired bath tub(additional £40 info below) fire pit, outdoor furniture. The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. We provide 2 bikes.Well behaved dogs welcome.

Cosy cottage for 2 central Lymington

Captains Retreat Cottage is a private one bedroom ( very comfy 6ft superking) cottage in the heart of Lymington. Free unlimited parking a few minutes walk away.The high street is 5 mins walk , lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and a museum. There is a very popular market on Saturdays. At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Self-contained Annexe Nr New Forest and Beaches

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

Less than 5min walk to village and 7 min to sea

Little Ridge is a private and secluded one bedroom annexe. It benefits from it's own fenced off patio area which captures the evening sunshine. It has a kitchen, sitting and dining area, a bedroom with king size bed and shower room with heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Less than a five minute walk from the centre of popular Milford on Sea, with all it's restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs and shops, all set around a delightful village green and less than a 10 minute walk to the sea.

‘Enchanted’ - secluded chalet with hot tub

'Enchanted' is a beautiful, secluded pine lodge with a large hot tub on the edge of The New Forest. A king size bed in the main bedroom sleeps 2, and a small sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 small children or one adult. The fully equipped kitchen sits between the bedroom and the low level cosy lounge which leads onto a large decked area with plenty of seating for those al fresco evenings. The Times "Best Beach in the South - 2025" is less than a mile away. It's dog friendly too.
