Note that the house & grounds are for the private use of booked guests only & not suitable for infants, animals or events. The spa pool may or may not be working. We do our best!

The unit is in its original style that’s a bit dated, but it’s well cared for and offers a clean, tidy, and comfortable stay. There’s a green space right next to the unit - a nice spot to relax and get some fresh air. It’s a calm and practical place, with basic kitchen and furnishing, well-suited for shorter stays.

A beautifully appointed 3 bedroom fully fenced house with 1 off street car park, a full bathroom and extra toilet and a laundry. Easy walking distance to Milford beach, Milford town centre, Takapuna, Smales farm, North Shore Hospital and the Tristram Ave and Northcote motorway on-ramps. Master suite has a super king bed, other rooms have a queen bed each, with one room also having a desk and chair.

Our house is located on the edge of the Lansdowne Reserve handy to Takapuna and city. 5 minites walk to the Bayswater Marina where you can catch the ferry to CBD. Large windows frame the seaside action from the well-designed kitchen, dining room and lounge and the fireplace beckons as the warm heart of the home. Sunny bedrooms step out into garden.
