In Milas the city of lights, home to the majestic flamingos within Tuzla wetland bird sanctuary, this is a garden guesthouse in a private villa in Bogazici 🏖️ The property has private access to a beach with a cafe and a pier. It’s possible to walk up & down to the beach but it’s suggested to go back up with a vehicle. The cleanliness and temperature of the sea is at the most ideal state. Furtheremore the area hosts the highest O2 levels in the region. 🌴 Relax while sipping çay or coffee.

Just a 3-min drive or 15-min walk to the sea, our place offers a calm holiday near Blue Flag beaches and cafes. The house is in a quiet, secure complex with a garden opening to a semi-Olympic pool. The pool is shared but rarely busy. Cleanliness is our top priority — spotless with the same care you’d expect at your mother’s home. Experience the traditional Turkish country side combined with all necessities of modern life. The property is located on the edge of a traditional Turkish farmer village and is surrounded by nature, mountains and has a beautiful valley view. The house is located half an hour drive from the sea coast and Bodrum airport. It's perfect for groups of 5 people, bigger groups are possible, but please ask for possibilities.
