Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. The house can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with bunk beds. Access is via a 900m dirt road and two steep slopes: a 4x4 is ideal for the last climb (slope). Last house on the top of Avlia hill : highest & nicest view of the hill !
