This lovely home is based just off the market square in the wonderful market town of Masham. Close to all the local attractions, Masham boasts two breweries, a variety of pubs, restaurants and cafés. Alongside regular markets there are beautiful galleries, a glass blowing workshop, and many gift & sweet shops! Masham is a perfect start point for outdoor pursuits, there are many beautiful circular walks for all abilities and cyclists will be spoilt for choice for routes into the dales and beyond

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Close to Tupgill Park, Forbidden Corner

Set in the picturesque village of Wensley, this property offers an enclosed rear patio garden with garden furniture and panoramic views from the front of the property over to Pen Hill and across to Witton Fell, looking across the River Ure. Wensley has a village pub and church and is a couple of miles from Leyburn which has several pubs, tea rooms, supermarkets, florists and lots more. You can walk along the River Ure up to Redmire and Aysgarth Falls, also walks to Leyburn and beyond.

The newly refurbished property boasts exceptional far reaching views across the rolling countryside and the south facing patio is a fantastic space to watch the wild deer that come up from Sandy Beck. Ideally located alongside Brokes giving direct access to the beautiful surrounding countryside, the property offers luxury living with great days out on your doorstep.

The Bolthole, Leyburn

The Bolthole is a delightful dog-friendly 2-bedroom cottage situated in the heart of bustling Leyburn, ideal for two adults and two children. Dating back over 150 years, this comfortable home retains many original features and has a cosy sitting-room with log-burner and recently refurbished shower room. There is easy access to various cafes, pubs, grocery stores and many independent shops whilst stunning scenery, including the famous Leyburn Shawl, is less than a five minute walk away.

Little Lambs Luxury Lodge

With spectacular views of Ingleborough from the back garden and your own dedicated parking spaces, Little Lambs Luxury Lodge is the perfect place for a relaxing retreat. It is quietly tucked away just outside the delightful village of Ingleton so just a short walk away from all the local attractions that Ingleton has to offer such as Ingleton caves and the famous waterfall trail. It is also ideally located for a whole host of walking trails amongst the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

The Salt House Cottage, Pilmoor

Guests have a small private grassed area with a table and chairs. The cottage has dishwasher, washing machine and wood burning stove, all logs included. We do not accept pets. In summer, when the swing seat is out, guests have access to the main garden. The cottage has no internet connection but depending on your network, a good 3G or 4G signal can be accessed. We do not accept bookings from people who smoke or vape. Check in from 2pm, check out 10am.

The Old School

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Wonderful walks and bike trails in the local area. Beautiful views over the fields and hills within the Dales National Park. This detached house is within the boundary of our own property so we are always on hand to help in any way we can to make your stay a wonderful experience. Within walking distance of the local village which has all the basic local amenities including a local history museum.

Sunnyside Hampsthwaite HG3

Sunnyside Cottage is a recently renovated stylish cottage in the beautiful vibrant village of Hampsthwaite which boasts a local shop, public house, cafe and hairdressers/beauticians together with its own idyllic church. Hampsthwaite is nestled in the Yorkshire Dales with many local attractions on its doorstep. Sunnyside Cottage comfortably sleeps two people and is an ideal romantic getaway and a perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.

The Bothy

This stunning property is situated with in i40 acres of Adambottom Farm . The Bothy is located at the end of a line of traditional outbuildings and was once a hay barn. There is plentiful supply of wild salmon and trout to fish. A wildlife haven for many birds and wild flowers. Wensleydale boasts extensive attractions. Such as the magnificent Aysgarth Falls and splendid Bolton Castle both walkable from the Bothy .

Beautiful little cottage with a hottub and modern interiors. Great sized garden, perfect for use with the BBQ. Brilliant location within Teesdale. Hamsterley Forest, Raby Castle, Barnard Castle, High Force, Bishop Auckland and Kynren all within a short drive. With a ten minute walk to Cockfield, there is a friendly local pub, shops, butchers, takeaway and newsagent.
