Wir begrüßen Sie recht herzlich in unserem idyllisch gelegenen Ferienhaus. Es erwartet Sie eine neu renovierte Unterkunft mit liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern, zwei modernen Bädern und einer vollausgestatteten Küche. Es stehen kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus zur Verfügung. WLAN ist kostenfrei nutzbar. Unser Ferienhaus ist für bis zu 6 Personen (+ Babybetten) wunderbar geeignet, z.B. auch für Familientreffen sowie für Motorrad-, Radfahrer und Wanderer und alle, die sich eine Auszeit gönnen wollen.

Ruhig und zentral gelegen ist diese ebenerdige Wohnung und bietet Ihnen volle Privatsphäre. Kein Durchgangsverkehr. Liegt im Städtedreieck Nürnberg-Erlangen-Fürth (liegen jeweils 15 min entfernt von der FeWo). Trotz guter Anbindung, liegt es auch nur 15 Minuten entfernt der Fränkischen Schweiz. Kein eigenes Auto? In nur 7 min Fußweg sind Sie bei der Bahn, in 20min in Nürnberg.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer schönen und grünen Umgebung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Vier bis fünf Personen können bequem alle Vorzüge der Metropolregion Nürnberg genießen. Verkehrsgünstige Lage, ruhige Wohngegend, 50 m zur Bushaltestelle, 10 min zur S-Bahnhaltestelle zu Fuß. Messegelände/Innenstadt sind sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit den Öffentlichen in weniger als 20 min erreichbar. Direkt nebenan: Metzgerei/Gasthof, Bäckerei, Pizzeria, Bank, Apotheke, Aldi, Schreibwaren/Lotto.

Willkommen in unserem auch selbst genutztem Ferienhaus. Unser Anspruch in der vollständigen Sanierung im letzten Jahr war es Form, Funktion und Nachhaltigkeit zu vereinen. Wir freuen uns sehr wenn ihr das Ferienhaus für euch selbst entdeckt. Mein Highlight im Haus ist der großzügige Wohnessbereich wo man auch mit großen Gruppen gemütlich sitzt. Bei Sonnenschein ist das Highlight natürlich der riesige Naturgarten, ob auf der Terrasse unter dem Nussbaum oder im Liegestuhl auf der Wiese

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a former schoolhouse dating from 1888. The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). It owes its special charm to the many architectural elements (e.g. Franconian floorboards). The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.
