An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. Bradninch is a delightful Duchy Town in Mid Devon with easy access to the countryside and Exeter City centre. The town boasts two local pubs and the nearby National Trust attraction of Killerton House and Gardens.

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Garden Room

We are situated in a rural location on the Killerton National Trust Estate just 20 minutes drive from Exeter. We have a clean and fresh, recently renovated self contained studio apartment with a kitchen area containing a microwave, fridge, toaster and a kettle. We are dog friendly and there are plenty of options for dog walking straight from the property.

Unique cabin in private space - Rae's Retreat

Totally private and independent, our newly converted retreat is situated beyond our property in a rural and convenient setting. Within walking distance of a Country Inn and close to the coast, Exeter and endless country walks, Rae's Retreat provides a wonderful escape to the country.
