Our lodge is close to family-friendly activities, restaurants & dining in the county town of Somerset. Our lodge is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers & families. The lodge is located within a 5 minute walk of the train station, 10 minute walk to county cricket ground & a short drive to J25 M5 motorway. There are a number of stunning hills, forests, & coastlines to explore not forgetting the opportunity to reward yourself with a local cream tea! All within an easy drive.

Set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, located in the Blackdown Hills near the village of Churchinford. Westcroft Lodge is the perfect escape for anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty of Somerset. An ideal getaway for those who enjoy the countryside, walking, cycling or simply stargazing. Specious, open plan kitchen and living area with a sliding door leading to the patio area. Modern kitchen fitted with appliances and fully equipped with a range of utensils and accessories.

Lovely Bungalow near the Exe Trail in Exmouth

Purpose built bungalow/annexe in the back garden that can be shared. Own entrance and patio outside with level access. Shared garden with a lock on the gate so safe for children. Newly built property that allows you to have privacy with all your home comforts provided. There is free shared parking at property and surrounding streets. We are 1.5 miles from the beach, 1 mile from train station with a bus stop 2 minute walk away. We are near to the Exe trail. Exeter city is 8 miles away.

Horizon: Lyme Regis Sea Views, Private Parking

Horizon is a single storey two bedroom contemporary house appointed to a high standard nestled between Church Street and the sea in Lyme Regis. Two bedrooms with family bathroom to include bath and shower. Open plan kitchen living area. The Beach is approximately a 1-2 minute walk. The private parking space is a 3 minute walk from horizon. Access to the property is either on Church St via public right of way churchyard or from the beach. Garden with a raised deck giving sea views.

Peaceful EcoHome close to moors, city and beaches

The Annexe at Roseland is a quiet, spacious, well equipped one bedroom bungalow with gated parking in South Hams. Close to the edge of Dartmoor for plenty of walking and cycling. It is a few minutes drive to the small town of Plympton with usual amenities and a little longer into the Ocean City of Plymouth. It is within 30 minutes of the beaches of South Devon and Cornwall. It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

Quiet, cosy, detached, large garden

Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.

Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

The Birches, Friars Farm

Deceptively spacious self contained holiday let set in 4.5 acres of land at Friars Farm with adjacent stream. The property has vaulted ceilings, super king size bed, with en-suite wet room and further cloakroom. Large living room / dining room also has sofa bed for additional guests. Underfloor heating and log burner, TV with free sat box, well equipped kitchen with many facilities. Private well fenced garden with hot tub and garden furniture for your exclusive use.

Lovely light and spacious bungalow set in our beautiful gardens with a stream running through the middle of it. The Bungalow is carpeted throughout except for the kitchen and bathroom. Perfectly located for exploring Dartmoor, and the beaches along the south coast. Plenty of off-road parking. Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby.

Mill Race - Riverside location with parking

Mill Race is a spacious 2 bedroom bungalow on the banks of the River Lym overlooking Slopes Farm Woodland Trust. The property has easy access, ample off road parking and is just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Lyme and beaches of the Jurassic Coast. The property has a large open plan kitchen/dining area and a spacious lounge with TV with wi-fi throughout. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom 2 twin beds with linen and towels provided.

This lovely cliffside holiday home is remarkable for its unique views sweeping from Agatha Christie's Burgh Island, across Bantham beach and up the Avon estuary (search youtube for 'Best views Bigbury-on-Sea Holiday Home'). This is a peaceful beauty spot far from passing traffic where you can while away your stay watching the sea change hue and surfers chancing the waves. Or you could be inspired and join them!

Morses Barn is a beautiful converted barn in the lovely hamlet of Appley offering spectacular rural views. A wonderful place to enjoy the fresh air and relax in stylish surroundings. Near the Somerset and Devon border, 10 minutes from the town of Wellington. Ideal for exploring both counties, the North and South Coasts as well as Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills.
