Enjoy your stay in the old servants quarters of the manor built by circus owner Jeremiah Mugivan. This completely remodeled upstairs apartment with kitchenette is located in the carriage house. This studio apartment has a queen bed with full walk-in closet. Towels and linens are provided. One block from downtown- walking distance to several restaurants, boutique shopping and coffee shops. The local museum is within walking distance and the Circus museum is only a few miles outside of town.

Cozy three room studio just one block from the center of town. Within walking distance to the library, courthouse, museum, and several good restaurants and antique shops. Off the street parking right outside your door. Kitchen contains toaster, coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge containing bottled water. Considering our current environment, you can rest assured our studio is sanitized after each guest as well as linens and bedding. We do request that you do not bring pets.

Peru, Indiana, is know for its Cole Porter Festival and Circus City Festival as well as Grissom Air Force Base and Miami County Museums. We are a mile from the entrance of the Nickel Plate Bicycle Trail that runs north 20 miles to Rochester and south 20 miles to Kokomo.
