Elegante appartamento a Genova

Please, read carefully the following desriptions that will be relevant for the check in and along your stay in the flat: 1) The home automation system: The house is technologically manageable through a display at the entrance . From there you can manage the temperature of the habitat (air condition), the lighting, the music. To listen to the music you can use airport or connect your smartphone/ipod to the relevant cable through the headphone output and turn on from the display (if you have any problem you can write me to have quick instructions and/or ask me to select options by remote access); 2 ) the kitchen rings: note that it is a little bit tricky sometimes to detect the pans whereas the burner is a very performing one. Please use a special care because it is delicate if you cook when the base is dirty. Francesca will show you the product to use in case it gets dirty. 4) You will be shown where to find kitchenware and accessories like salt, oil, sugar, coffee, tea bags 5 ) electric window system: the kitchen window is the only one that is not manual. You will find a bottom to open it electrically. 6) outside lights. Very charming in the evening. 7) you'll be delighted by the quality of the cuisine “Lago”. However it is required to pay attention to the risk of damage the surface of the furniture on the left side when you open the dishwasher. That door crashes into the furniture when the latter is slightly opened. 8) Parking facility (access from the garden by private gate) Finally I ask you to avoid using shoes inside the habitat. We try to promote a healthy and “sterile” environment.

La struttura è situata nel Centro Storico, al 1° piano di un antico Palazzo nobiliare del sistema “dei Rolli”. A partire dal 2024 sono state installate nuove finestre per garantire agli ospiti maggiore tranquillità e riposo durante la notte. L'appartamento dista 300m dall’Acquario di Genova e 1km sia dalla Stazione Marittima che dalla stazione ferroviaria di Genova Principe. È previsto sia il check-in di persona, sia il self-check-in per consentire agli ospiti di arrivare a qualsiasi orario.

Si trova al 4° piano con ascensore di un palazzo storico.

Comfortable loft (second floor without elevator) consisting of a spacious entrance, living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bedroom, and two bathrooms. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, shower, and bathtub. It is located a few steps from the Old Port, Aquarium, Children's City, and all the main attractions. Quiet setting in the heart of the nightlife, surrounded by excellent restaurants and typical locales. Paid parking, buses, metro, and taxi station are very close by.

Ci troviamo nella parte medievale e rinascimentale della città a pochi passi dalla “Strada nuova dei palazzi”, dal Porto antico, dall’Acquario e dalla partenza per gite in battello a Portofino e Cinque Terre.
