L'appartamento, collocato al decimo e ultimo piano di uno degli edifici più alti di Bari, è completamente indipendente e offre una vista mozzafiato sulla città vecchia e sul mare. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter.
