We are a pleasant 15 mins. walk to the town centre for shops, pubs and restaurants. Close to the Memorial Hospital for NHS workers. Great for work, visiting friends/family or holidays. Modern 3 storey home. Guests have sole use of the rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge with two two seater reclining sofas, TV, Music/DVD players. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track

Quiet bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower in award winning designer home, 7 mins walk to Jesmond Metro (3 stops to Central Station and about 25 mins to the Airport). Near the Great North Run start, and about 20 mins walk into town. In the centre of trendy Jesmond, it's a red brick lodge, totally rebuilt in 2016, with a super insulated, modern interior. We also have 2 other rooms, search"Garden View" and "Peace & Quiet". Breakfast (muesli, fruit, toast etc) is included up to 10.00am.
