Upstairs is the bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The house sits on a tree-lined street in a quiet, family neighbourhood one block away from public transportation and a short walk from a food market, Starbucks coffee, a local wine shop, and a delicious ice cream parlour. Parking if you have a car is right in front of the house on our quiet street. Welcome to Lockehaven Living, our recently renovated suite is located on a quiet family friendly street, a short walk to all the quaint amenities of Deep Cove. This area offers easy walking access to a wide variety of activities: hiking and mountain biking in the lush local trails, paddling and swimming at several beaches. The ski hills, golf courses and downtown Vancouver are all a short drive away. Or you may just want to relax in the peaceful surroundings and enjoy the books we have provided.

Warm reclaimed hardwood floors leads to a deck at the edge of the Princess Park forest, with a salmon creek running to the west. Wildlife often passes through — raccoons, owls, and occasionally even a bear. Some of the North Shore’s best mountain biking is just a block away.
