The apartment is a few minutes walk from Piazza S.Marco and near the famous theatre La Fenice, in an ideal position to discover the most famous but also the most fascinating and less popular places of marvellous Venice. It has been recently restored under the expert coordination of the owner Luisa, keeping the romantic Venetian character and atmosphere of the past unaltered: it has the entrance on the fourth and last floor and it overlooks three sides of the palace. The living room has a remarkable view over the wide campo S. Maurizio where a periodic and characteristic antiques market takes place; from the living room you can admire important gothic buildings and the homonymous neoclassic church built by the Venetian architect Gianantonio Selva with its majestic bell tower. The double room, with its original antique ceiling made of wooden trusses and an antique fireplace between two windows is furnished in a typical Venetian style and has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom with shower is made in a precious three-colour glass mosaic and has washing machine and hair dryer. The elegant and cosy kitchen - fully equipped with dishwasher, microware oven, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker - gives access to the upstairs loft where you can read or rest in a small reserved area. Moreover, a fine terrace offering a breathtaking view over the roofs and a glimpse of the Grand Canal - situated just 100 m from the flat - completes the space and creates the perfect place for relaxing or romantic dinners under the stars. The lighting of the whole house is warm and diffused by lighting fixtures and Murano glass applique; curtains have been made from precious fabrics and have a typical Venetian style and colour shades. Many objects and elegant furnishing pleasingly complete the house: air conditioning, a powerful 20 mega Wifi connection and a 32 inch TV positioned in front of a wide sofa with chaise longue is hidden behind a Neo-Baroque mirror frame. Everything has been studied to make your stay in Venice comfortable, but also cosy and exclusive. A fine rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking view over the roofs and a glimpse of the Grand Canal, which is just a few steps far. The apartment is situated in San Marco, the most central and also one of the liveliest districts of the city. As well as a rich selection of bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby, the shopping ranges from artisan businesses to luxurious boutiques. Ca' Manzoni is served by Actv public transportation (line number 1), Ailaguna Orange line (airport shuttle) and private water taxi. The closest water bus stop is S.Maria del Giglio, situated 3 min walk from the apartment. Very bright and new flat, 10 minutes far from Venice by train, the new station is 1 minute far by foot really comfortable, noiseless, close to the main services. The flat is at the 3rd floor (no elevator), the sunlight is surrounding you all day long from the sunrise till the sunset. Restaurants, supermarkets and bus Stops are 5 minutes far by foot. Everything what you need is at your disposition. The plus is a wonderful "Home Cinema" with projector and surround system for your entertainment.

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. La casa vacanze "L'Altalena Gialla" è un accogliente e luminoso appartamento di 90 MQ al 2° piano (senza ascensore) di una casa storica del 1924 nel centro di Marghera recentemente restaurato. E' posta in una zona molto comoda a tutti i servizi e trasporti da Marghera verso Venezia.
