το σπίτι είναι παλαιό πέτρινο αρχοντικό στη Καρδαμύλη που χτίστηκε το 1880 και ανακαινίστηκε το 2019. Είναι 75 τ.μ. στη καρδιά του χωριού. Σε δύο επίπεδα, στο ισόγειο στη κεντρική είσοδο του σπιτιού υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο μπάνιο, με άνετη ντουζιέρα.
