The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

Excellent public transport options at your doorstep and a wealth of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).
